3. Competition Period

The competition opens Saturday 14 March 2026 and closes Saturday 28 March 2026.

4. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who complete the entry form in full when visiting a Kingsbridge Homes display home at Minta Estate, Berwick.

5. How to Enter

To enter, simply complete the entry form provided at the Kingsbridge Homes Minta Estate display homes. Only one entry per person is permitted.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be randomly drawn by Kingsbridge Homes on or after Sunday 29 March 2026 and notified by phone or email.

7. Consent to Contact

By entering the competition, you consent to Kingsbridge Homes contacting you regarding your visit to our display homes and for marketing or promotional purposes. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the Kingsbridge Homes Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation or the acceptance or use of the prize. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Kingsbridge Homes reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to cancel or amend the competition or these terms if necessary.
