Terms and Conditions:
- Information on the Kingsbridge ‘Spring into Spring’ save $10,000 and how to participate form part of these Terms and Conditions.
- The $10,000 discount from Kingsbridge is valid for deposits between 30 November and their second deposit by 20 December 2023.
- The $10,000 discount is only available on titled land lots located in Smiths Lane on homes purchased over 29 squares for singles and 36 squares for double story homes. For smaller designs, clients will receive a $5k discount.
- To be eligible to redeem the $10,000 discount clients must return their signed new home order, siting and sketch, provide all relevant documentation, photo ID and pay the relevant deposit no later than 30 November 2023.
- There are limited $10,000 discount packages available, it is at the sole discretion of Kingsbridge to offer a $10,000 discount.
- Kingsbridge reserve the right to allow or disallow discounts at its absolute discretion and without reason.
- Kingsbridge may amend, suspend, or cancel any aspect of the discount offer at any time at its sole discretion.
- The $10,000 discount cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
- Site allocations for new build contracts will be allocated pending availability and in the order of packages claimed.
- The $10,000 discount is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- As a condition of receiving a discount off the purchase price of their new home, recipients of a $10,000 discount indemnify Kingsbridge and all other persons and organisations associated in any way with the offer against all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees on a solicitor and client basis) which an entrant may incur arising out of their participation in the offer, howsoever caused.
