We have recently moved in to our new home built by Kingsbridge Homes. We love our new house so much. We were nervous about the process after hearing some horror stories, but from start to finish to process was managed expertly by Kingsbridge and was honestly almost a stress-free process. From the start with Clare who helped us customize the design to suit our needs, and get us the extras that were important to us while considering our budget we felt very listened to. Dan was our site manager and was very good. There were hardly any issues, and if there were they were dealt with promptly, which stopped anything becoming a major issue. We are really happy with the workmanship and quality of the build. The finishes are excellent. Abbi handled all the admin and was our point of contact and she has been so excellent to deal with the whole way through. We have been so happy with how she has dealt with communicating with us, and dealing with all of our questions. What was in the contract was what we paid, and honestly compared to the prices we were getting from the big builders due to the changes we needed to make, the value for money has been excellent. I would build with Kingsbridge again tomorrow.

Our experience with Kingsbridge Homes is excellent so far. Our sales consultant Raj was very accommodating whether by email or face to face enquiries.
Our contract administrator Vanessa is a very lovable lady who answers all our queries. She is very understanding when we changed our mind in colour selections and everything.
