Diwali Promo T&Cs

1. Promoter

2. Offer

Eligible customers who pay a qualifying home deposit with the Promoter during the Promotion Period will receive one (1) Diwali collectible coin (“Gift”). The Gift is not legal tender, has no cash value, and is not exchangeable or transferable.

3. Promotion Period

From 12:00am 20 October 2025 to 11:59pm 31 October 2025 (AEST), unless extended or ended earlier at the Promoter’s discretion.

4. Eligibility

  • Open to Australian residents aged 18+.
  • Applies to new home purchases from the Kingsbridge Homes Inspire or Elegance product ranges only., excludes all Kingsbridge Complete products and packages.
  • A “qualifying deposit” means the second deposit specified in the customer’s New Home Contract is paid in full and cleared within the Promotion Period.
  • Display homes, house-only resales, land-only purchases, knock-down rebuild quotes without a signed New Home Contract, and prior or existing contracts are excluded, unless the Promoter confirms in writing.

5. Redemption & Delivery

  • One Gift per qualifying deposit/New Home Contract. Multiple deposits for the same contract do not entitle multiple Gifts.
  • Delivery/collection method will be advised by the Promoter. Lost, stolen or damaged Gifts will not be replaced.

6. Stock & Substitution

  • While stocks last. If stock is exhausted, the Promoter may substitute a gift of equal or higher value at its discretion.

7. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

  • If a qualifying deposit is refunded, the associated contract is cancelled, or a customer otherwise fails to proceed, the Gift becomes void and must be returned on request.
  • If construction moves to a different builder/entity or the contract is reissued outside the Promotion Period without the original deposit applying, eligibility may be withdrawn.

8. Combination With Other Offers

  • The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, rebates or incentives, unless the Promoter approves in writing.

9. Marketing & Privacy

  • By participating, customers consent to the Promoter using their name, suburb and/or imagery for reasonable promotional purposes (unless they opt out), and to the handling of personal information in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation or the acceptance/use of the Gift.
  • Nothing limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. General

  • Images of the coin are for illustration; actual design/packaging may vary.
  • The Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where necessary (e.g., fraud, stock issues, regulatory changes) by notice on its website.
  • These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State/Territory.
