Social Responsibility

We constructed a new home for the Victorian Homeless Fund, providing a permanent residence for a mother and her children escaping family violence. This initiative helps to offer stability and safety for families in need.

We built a home to be sold through the Brick by Brick program by St. Vinnies. The proceeds from the sale support homelessness initiatives, ensuring that more individuals have access to safe and stable housing.

We have a strong partnership with Monash Children’s Hospital (MCH). Every December, our staff participates in a ‘Christmas Gift Run,’ dedicating a morning to purchase and deliver toys to the hospital. Each staff member is assigned an age group to buy for, ensuring a wide range of gifts. This initiative not only brings joy to the children but also fosters a sense of community and giving among our staff.

We sponsor and attend the ‘Lead with Kindness’ event, organised by our financial partner, Reventon. This annual event raises funds for St. Vinnies through a charity auction of high-end memorabilia. In 2024, the event raised over $75,000, significantly contributing to their cause.

We attend and sponsor a table at the Royal Children’s Hospital gala dinner, demonstrating our ongoing support for the hospital and its initiatives.

We participate in fundraising activities for the Cancer Council Australia, including hosting morning teas to raise awareness about cancer prevention and to collect donations for those affected by cancer.

We sponsor several local community groups, including football and hockey clubs, which rely on corporate sponsorships to serve their members effectively.

We sponsor a graphic design competition at a local secondary school for students aspiring to careers in architecture. We provide a design brief, and student teams submit their work. The best teams are recognised with gifts and certificates.

We celebrate International Women’s Day with in-house guest speakers. In 2024, Colleen May from the HIA Homeless Fund shared her experiences and inspiring stories, promoting the role of women in the building industry.

We actively sponsor and attend the HIA Building Women’s lunch series, celebrating the contribution.
